Here we have garden #3 with various vegetables.  A huge advantage of living in SE Texas is that we can grow vegetables throughout the cold months.  Some years are colder than others, but the 2015-2016 winter only had me covering my gardens only one time.  Cabbage, broccoli, lettuce, swiss chard, etc. thrive in our mild winter climate.
