Fermentation goes well beyond turning cabbage into sauerkraut.  Kimchi is a fantastic food with a big probiotic punch!  It’s spicy and crunchy, and though it may require a little maturity in one’s palate, I can vouch that my 8 year old son enjoys much this primal food.  I personally haven’t yet made kimchi, rather my better half delves into this fermentation magic.  There are specific preparation methods and seasonings but certainly easy to do and well worth the health benefits.  Much of our health and longevity is born out of personal decisions and lifestyle behaviors, so it’s in our best interest to go primal with nutrition and fitness…most of the time.  Remember, Primal Gym is always standing by to give you that push forward. 🙂
