This beautiful and fresh herb is cilantro.  I started these two rows from seedlings, and they have truly taken off well.  My previous efforts with both seedlings and starter plants didn’t produced this well, so it’s evidence that gardening is a primal endeavor but well with the efforts.  I can’t tell you how awesome it is to walk out and cut some fresh cilantro for fresh salsa and other dishes where cilantro adds that amazing flavor.  Another amazing point is that cutting about 2 inches from the bottom will allow new stalks to grow keeping you rich with fresh cilantro.  Finally, unless a hard freeze hits, cilantro will continue to grow from Fall through Spring.  It’s a primal herb!
