Brussels sprouts in my garden for the first time, so we’ll see how it goes. The plant looks very similar to a cabbage plant, and interestingly, the individual sprout looks like a miniature cabbage. How about that! The 2nd photo is a variety of spinach, which is very hardy and nutrient dense.
