A quick post illustrating the amazing nature of cabbage going in for a second round of harvest. Once the initial cabbage head is cut, a collection of buds begin to grown into mini cabbage heads. Extraordinary isn’t it! The umbrella-like leaves protect and feed the second round of cabbage heads. A few are just about ready to cut, so I’ll soon post some photos and a review of its flavor.
