Consistent intake of healthy fats can have a significant impact on depression, anxiety, and ADD.
We also hear of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9, all of which are essential fatty acids (EFAs). These are just different ways of classifying monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. I will explain more in future tips, for it's crucial in keeping our bodies running as nature intended.
